Hello, there! We are Michael and Etheric, your rural neighborhood queers, and we are the Heart and Soul of Deva Haven...the Sugar and Spice, if you will. Moving onto this property at the end of 2024, we were gifted with the dreamy opportunity to bring a fantasy into reality: creating a beautiful place for seekers of community and magick to call a safe haven.
Having a special history with this 5-acre piece of land dating back a handful of years, Etheric is honored to be able to take the reigns of its development and tend to it in ways that it hasn't seen in quite a long time. This particular property has been well-known for its use as an event venue, hosting many wellness retreats, community gatherings, and spiritual ceremonies. We are so excited to bring it back to life while giving it a new heartbeat after 3 years of dormancy.
Our most recognizable feature, Deva Haven is home to a large, 1500-square-foot dome building - the Deva Dome - in which we currently facilitate ceremonies, sound journeys, music shares, and conscious connection circles. In this space, you'll find a beautiful setup of world instruments ready for Etheric to take you on a vision-inducing musical journey with his skill set as a musician, vibrational sound therapist, and shamanic ceremonialist. Also containing a "living room cafe" setup, you have access to comfortable couches, chairs, and high tables, in which you'll likely find Michael sharing a cup of tea and heartfelt conversation with guests.
Deva Haven opens its gates not only for those attending gatherings that we host, but also for facilitators and curators of events to host their own here! With a desire to provide a beautiful, intentional, manicured container for those who deliver nourishing experiences to others, we are filled with joy to be able to offer our oasis to other facilitators, teachers, and retreat hosts wanting to provide a unique setting to hold their own events.
Our facilities are available to be rented for private or public events, classes, and the like, and can be done on an hourly or overnight basis. Details below.
At Deva Haven, our desire is to provide a place for people to get out of their typical surroundings and concrete jungles, reconnect with nature, and have beautiful, healing, liberating experiences of self-actualization, trauma recovery, community connection, and health-focused recalibration.

You'll have plenty of space for all of your guests in our beautiful Deva Dome - a 1,500 square-foot dome building (with out-of-this-world acoustics) that is a dream for gatherings small and large.

The Deva Dome features a beautiful setup that is always prepared for hosting and being a sacred container for ceremonies, yoga classes, sound baths, talking circles, private sessions with clients, and so much more.
This unique gathering space comes equipped with:
- a wood-burning stove (and firewood) for colder times of year
- couches, chairs, and high tables for relaxing and meeting
- a central altar that can be prepared for you or deconstructed for your personalization
- a supply of compostable dishes and silverware for events that include food (or food service from us)
- an in-house shop of curated, handmade goods crafted by Etheric, local artisans, and medicine people
- mood lighting
- blankets
- books and board games
- a bluetooth speaker
- an electric tea kettle
- both loose-leaf and bagged teas
- drinking water straight from our well.
There are two compost bathrooms just outside of the Deva Dome for ease of use and access, along with a handwashing station, all equipped with wet wipes, toilet paper, soap, and towels. We also have a gas-powered generator if an extra power source becomes necessary.
If hosting an overnight or multi-day event, guests are welcomed to sleep in the Deva Dome on mattress pads, cots, etc.
General cost for renting the Deva Dome (unless other agreements are made):
- $100 per hour
- $300 per half-day (6 hours)
- $500 per full day (12 hours)
- $750 per full day with overnight sleepover
- $1,200 per weekend (Friday-Sunday or similar)

Visit the peaks and trails of Brian Head - known widely for its jaw-dropping cliffside views and winter ski resort. Frolic in the forests and streams of Dixie National Forest, home to innumerable streams, lakes, and hiking trails. Drive up to the towering overlooks of Cedar Breaks offering incredible panoramic views that seem to go to the end of the Earth. Cruise up to the peaceful town of Duck Creek Village, with alpine lakes and tall quaking aspens. Or hit the road to the famous Zion National Park, which attracts climbers, hikers, and photographers from around the world! All of these astonishing destinations are within a quick 30 to 60-minute drive from Deva Haven!
Passionate about introducing Utah's beauty to everyone who travels to gather with us, Etheric will excitedly share all of his favorite nature getaways with facilitators and guests. At an additional cost, we can also be your tour guides! With Etheric's ten years of history in scenic southern Utah, and Michael's experience as a professional adventure guide and mountain climber with a Wilderness Rescue Certification, we are a fun and knowledgeable team that would greatly enjoy helping you to fall in love with this beautiful region.
We offer a couple of different types of excursions, depending on how long of a wilderness experience you would like, and if you would like for us to rent a vehicle to transport the entire group:
- Local sightseeing - $200: 3-hour excursion filled with beautiful photo-taking opportunities in this stop-and-go trip.
- Tour & Day Hike - $400: Half-day (6-hour) destination trip that includes sightseeing and a beautiful, immersive wilderness hike.
*Price quotes are for groups of up to 10 people - additional fee of $25 per person for any additional people. We can also include healthy, organic snacks with an additional food budget.

Offering homemade, catered food for your ceremonies or events could be a wonderful alternative to needing to bring your own food or drive into town to find a local restaurant (

Offering homemade, catered food for your ceremonies or events could be a wonderful alternative to needing to bring your own food or drive into town to find a local restaurant (though, Cedar City does have some good food options!).
Lovingly prepared food options during retreat experiences and ceremonies can be such an important part of the process, with needing proper nourishment to have the energy, stamina, and nutrient content to move through whatever beautiful journeys you guide your guests through. At Deva Haven, we believe in putting together simple, delicious, organic meals that will fill the bellies and hearts of both facilitators and attendees.
If food service is desired, we will send you a Google Form to fill out so that we are aware of specific dietary needs and allergies.
We have two different options for food service, depending on your needs:
- Dinner - $300 per day + food cost: End-of-day or post-ceremony dinner ready when you need it. Most commonly, hosts like a meal that includes a hot soup, salad, and side of grains and toasted breads.
- Breakfast & Dinner - $400 per day + food cost: In addition to the above, if you would like a breakfast of fresh fruits, oatmeal, chia pudding, and smoothies, we can provide that as well at an agreed-upon time.
*If you have different ideas for the types of food that you would like to have prepared, we can definitely discuss options and come up with a nutritious menu that suits your needs best. We have learned over the years that simple, nutrient-dense, and fresh is the way to go, but let's chat about your ideas and see if we can accommodate!
**Price quotes are for groups of up to 10 people - additional fee of $20 per person for any additional people.
***We ask for a $400 food budget deposit to be paid up front for groups of up to 10 people ($700 deposit for groups up to 20 people), and any that is not spent will be returned to the event host in good faith. If we go over that budget, we ask to be compensated for it.

With historic and indigenous southern Utah land at your fingertips (and toetips!), you and/or your guests are welcomed to setup camp in one of the many campsites that we have on property (currently under construction). The option to camp is wonderful for people who would like their own private space away from the Deva Dome and communal areas, and is especially impactful for those who live in big cities and don't often have the time to retreat to nature for a reset. Sleeping outside, under the trees and stars, with the serenity and quiet of this area can truly be revitalizing and inspiring, and we encourage everyone who comes here to do so.
We ask that guests only camp on designated campsites. This land is home to lots of flora that you wouldn't think is important to the ecosystem, and we aim to preserve and tend to it as diligently as possible while also providing lovely opportunities for people to reconnect with the Earth.
Please remember that this land is also home to lots of local fauna! We get to witness lots of families of deer come through on a daily basis, as well as jackrabbits and beautiful birds. We can get the occasional big cat (mostly during winter, as they come down from the mountains), stray cat, fox, or one of the neighbor's dogs that come roaming thorough the property. We ask that you do not feed the critters anything that we haven't approved, and that you keep your distance unless they directly approach you.
We do have camping gear that we rent out for a fee in bundles:
- $150 includes a tent, sleeping pad, sleeping bag, blanket, and lantern, and we'll even set everything up for you before you arrive if wanted! We do suggest bringing your own pillow and extra blankets for increased comfort.
Medicine Music & Sound
As a Medicine Musician and Sound Healer for almost 10 years, Etheric is available to provide beautiful scoundscapes for your event. With a stunning assortment of world instruments including (but not limited to) 4 gongs, 2 guitars, several types of drums, a dozen Tibetan singing bowls, waterphone, rattles and rainsticks, handpan, and more,
As a Medicine Musician and Sound Healer for almost 10 years, Etheric is available to provide beautiful scoundscapes for your event. With a stunning assortment of world instruments including (but not limited to) 4 gongs, 2 guitars, several types of drums, a dozen Tibetan singing bowls, waterphone, rattles and rainsticks, handpan, and more, there is so much room for creative potential.
As a singer, vocalist, multi-instrumentalist, student of music through his entire childhood, and carrier of sacred medicine songs, Etheric can provide hours of musical accompaniment to support or lead ceremonies, sound journeys, meditation and yoga practices, and more.
Etheric offers a few different options for providing sound and music for events:
- Medicine Musician - $1,000 per 2-night Ceremony: Etheric will sit in ceremony with your group for your entire weekend as a guest musician, providing acoustic music, chants, and sound bath style sound while also supporting other musicians instrumentally and vocally.
- Medicine Musician - $600 per 1-night Ceremony: Etheric will sit in ceremony with your group for your entire weekend as a guest musician, providing acoustic music, chants, and sound bath style sound while also supporting other musicians instrumentally and vocally.
- Sound Journey Provider - $200 per hour: Etheric will pop into your retreat or event to provide a Sound Journey utilizing his wide array of world instruments to facilitate a transcendental experience for everyone. Options to add the serving of Sananga or Blue Lotus Tea to deepen the experience: $20 per person for either option; $30 per person for both options.
Stella the Stargazer Tent
The perfect accommodation for individuals, friends, or facilitation teams, our 249 square-foot Stella Stargazer bell tent is a housing accommodation away from the Deva Dome, offering space to decompress, recharge, plan, and relax.
Stella is an amazing bell tent equipped with:
- 360-degree transparent roof panels
- 3-foot-high ventilation windows
The perfect accommodation for individuals, friends, or facilitation teams, our 249 square-foot Stella Stargazer bell tent is a housing accommodation away from the Deva Dome, offering space to decompress, recharge, plan, and relax.
Stella is an amazing bell tent equipped with:
- 360-degree transparent roof panels
- 3-foot-high ventilation windows all the way around the perimeter
- 4 windows
- Double sidewalls with mesh netting
- Cotton canvas that is waterproof, and mold & fire resistant

We currently have Stella furnished with one queen-sized bed, one full-sized bed, and two futons, with an optional cot that can be setup if needed. With storage dressers, coat rack, and roll-away islands, you can really make a home for yourself in your time here. So, unpack your bags and get comfortable if you'd like!
Use of Stella the Stargazer bell tent is included for anyone that is doing an overnight or multi-day use of the Deva Dome, and is also included for anyone that is visiting us for a Haven Wellness stay.
If you would like to have use of Stella the Stargazer during an hourly or half-day rental of the Deva Dome that you are hosting, or if you would prefer to utilize Stella for private work with clients instead of the Deva Dome, we ask $50 per hour.
*Stella the Stargazer bell tent is not currently available to be rented out like an Airbnb. We do not desire to have transient energies coming through the land to just use as a nightly rental, and want to be incredibly intentional with the people that have access to our space.

In today's fast-paced, hustling and bustling, work-to-live western culture, it is no surprise that, in the United States, a documented 20% of all patient contacts in primary care are for reports of fatigue, which amounts to 18 million physician visits annually. In addition, a reported 75-90% of primary care visits have been reported to be stress related. At Deva Haven, we aim to remind people how important rest is while providing a physical space for people to get that.
In addition to Open House Nights, our Lucid Lotus nights are wonderful ways to engage in self-care by receiving a relaxing, therapeutic, facilitated experience of Vibrational Sound Therapy coupled with the incredibly soothing and calming Blue Lotus Tea.

We aim to provide lots of different books and resources for people to learn new things every time they come here, while finding deeper and deeper connections to themselves, each other, and this world.
Spiritualists with no specific religious affiliations, Etheric and Michael find threads of truth in just about any religion or faith that they have come into contact with. There is plenty of dogma and unloving teachings out there, and we wholeheartedly believe that the intersection of spirituality and religion is where so much profundity and enlightenment is birthed.
